Job Description:

• Provide skilled ST services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions
• Accurately document services using EMR system: Wellsky (Kinnser)
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve safety, mobility, and function
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists for patient-centered outcomes

What You Need:

• Active Speech Therapy license in the state of Texas
• CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Auto liability insurance
• Experience with geriatric and/or pediatric population preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• 1+ year of ST experience preferred
• A passion for patient-centered care and home health
