Sterling Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and licensed Massage Therapist to join our team and provide wellness services at a federal government fitness facility – the DSCC Fitness Center in Columbus, Ohio.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the overall health and well-being of our military and civilian workforce by delivering high-quality massage therapy services including:

• Swedish Massage
• Reflexology Therapy
• Acupressure
• Myofascial Therapy

Sessions are delivered in 15-minute increments, with a maximum of 60 minutes per client.

Scheduled Shift

🕐 Flexible Shift
🕐 Day Shift Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
🕐 Night Shift Monday – Friday: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
🕐 Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
🛑 Closed on Federal Holidays

What You’ll Need

• Active Massage Therapy License issued by the State Medical Board of Ohio License must be submitted within 15 days of hire
• At least 1 year of experience managing or operating a massage therapy business or wellness program within the past 2 years
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must pass daily security screening and wear a DLA badge
• Must wear professional attire with company logo and name badge
