Your Role:
As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll help patients communicate more effectively and improve swallowing and cognitive skills all from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Provide direct therapy services to patients in a home health setting
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Travel locally to patient homes

What You Need:

• Active Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Texas
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program (Master’s required)
• Current CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proof of auto liability insurance
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Previous home health experience is a plus but not required
• A commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
